Winter car seat covers

Transport Canada says bulky winter coats and snowsuits may not work well with a child car seat and tells caregivers to follow the seat manual. It also warns that added padding and third-party products can introduce harness slack or interfere with harness positioning. Check the child-seat manufacturer's instructions for winter clothing and for any cover or accessory before use, and make sure the harness is snug every time. Habier has not tested car-seat compatibility; this page is not a safety certification.
