What Habier holds for you
This deletes every child, every profile, every saved recommendation and the household record behind the account you are signed in with, and signs you out everywhere. It cannot reach fit profiles you saved under a different email address before creating your account — those are a privacy request, and the contact link below reaches the person who handles them. Proof of the commercial consents Habier is required to keep is kept, and holds no measurements. A deletion can remain recoverable in encrypted backups for up to seven days; a restore must reapply it.
Change the email on your household
Saved under two different addresses? That is a privacy request rather than a button, because merging two consent histories wrongly destroys records Habier is required to keep. Write to us and a person will do it. Send a privacy request
Use a recovery code
A learning contribution carries no name and no email, so a recovery code is the only way to reach it. Habier cannot look one up for you.
